UCI CubeSat is recruiting for the 2025-2026 school year! We are looking to fill positions in our Power, Avionics, Communications, Structures, and Systems subteams.
The UCI CubeSat team is an undergraduate senior design project team working towards launching a 2U nanosatellite, AntSat 01, into Low Earth Orbit (LEO). Our mission is to design, develop, test, and launch our satellite carrying a Variable Emissivity Device (VED) provided by UCI’s Spacecraft Thermal Management Systems team (STMS) with hopes of furthering thermal control over spacecrafts.
Our team operates with five subsystems (Power, Communications, Avionics, Structures/Thermal, and Systems Engineering), and our 2025-2026 recruitment phase marks the first year we are looking to recruit for all positions!! Having submitted a launch proposal to NASA’s CSLI program, we are looking forward to further developing our team and working towards launching UCI’s first nanosatellite.
